Wien Energie offers its customers a comprehensive range of services and advice on the subjects of using energy efficiently and saving energy. Twelve customer care centres are open to private customers, together with Wien Energie’s energy advice centre (Wien Energie Haus), in which free advice has been given by experts on the subject of energy for over ten years. The internet offers a variety of possibilities to gather more information, as well as making it possible to calculate your own personal energy consumption and to optimise it. Business customers are given advisory services at their premises. Wien Energie helps companies cut costs with services such as energy management and energy efficiency analyses. The product range of Wien Energie Vertrieb is ideally tailored to meet variable customer needs. Besides the standard tariff optima, private customers are also offered special tariffs for night-time electricity, electricity from renewable energy sources and power for building sites. Specially tailored products have also been developed for business customers. Wien Energie Vertrieb even has so-called Vario packages designed for local councils.
