Wien Energie GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wiener Stadtwerke Holding AG, and is therefore owned by the City of Vienna. The interests of the shareholder are monitored by the Supervisory Board. Furthermore, Wien Energie is subject to audits performed by the Group’s Internal Audit Department, the Audit Division of the City of Vienna and by the Board of Audit.
