Even in the depths of winter, when I come home in the evening my apartment is warm and cosy because the heating has switched itself on an hour earlier. I flick a switch and the light comes on. I put the kettle on and enjoy a hot cup of tea just a few minutes later.

A comforting thought? I agree. This is why I enjoy working for Wien Energie. In doing so, I am working to ensure that people in the Greater Vienna metropolitan area are supplied with electricity, gas and heating, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our job is to do everything in our power to guarantee long-term security of supply. But that’s not all. It is also our job to provide support and advice to our customers in the Greater Vienna metropolitan area. They are entitled to the very best advice and service – Wien Energie is, after all, a service provider.
